Resilience Advisory Crisis Management Practice mainly focus on Governance Model, Crisis Management Team, Command & Control Tools, The Plan and Processes, also the Arrangements with Tools and Enablers. The Practice aims to; - building up the Crisis Team and Supports, - creating the required Competency and Capacity within the organization, - Planning and Arrangements, - also Simulation Events challenging the current level of maturity.

Simulation and Testing
Table-Top Tests and Progressive Simulation Events scheduled shall be the priority focus in means of preparations, arrangements and else.
